Core Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control architectures for machines and process lines

Service Engineer

 
Core Responsibilities
  • Install and commission machines at client locations
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance visits
  • Calibrate sensors, drives, and control components
  • Replace and configure spares (VFDs, PLC I/O, power supplies, valves)
  • Prepare service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs
  • Train operators on safe and correct machine usage
  • Coordinate with design/automation teams for complex issues
  • Ensure uptime and meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
